The HCRTA will meet on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 10:00a.m. at the Professional Development Center. Donations for the December meeting will be canned goods for the Community Christian Outreach. We’ll be having pulled pork, ham, beans, potato salad, and banana pudding from Thomason’s Barbecue so don’t forget to make your lunch reservation. The September meeting has been cancelled due to Henderson County being in the Red for COVID. Hopefully we’ll see you in December.

The next meeting of the HCRTA will be Friday, June 3rd, at the Professional Development Center. Dr. Bob Lawson will be the guest speaker and we will be introducing the AARP Essay Contest winner during the meeting. Lunch will be provided by Golden Corral: fried chicken, ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, and fruit cobbler.

Henderson County is in the “yellow”! We will be having our meeting on March 4th in the library’s Conference Room B at 10:00; registration at 9:30. This will be a meeting only, no lunch. Masks are optional but highly encouraged. See you there!

Put Friday, March 4th, on your calendar as we will try to have an HCRTA meeting on that date if Henderson County is out of the red for COVID by that time. The meeting is scheduled for 10:00a.m. in the Henderson County Public Library meeting rooms B & C on the second floor of the new section of the library. We will post updates as the time gets closer.
